Manny Barreto is the owner and CEO of Tidewater Residences and the Tidewater Residences Recovery Coaching Program. 

He has an extensive history in various customer service positions prior to entering into the field of recovery. Mr. Barreto has worked in various levels of addiction treament and is passionate about assisting individuals throughout their transition from inpatient treatment to living an independent and sustainable life in recovery. He cherishes every opportunity to connect with people in early recovery and provide an environment that fosters connection, accountability, service, and support. 

He possesses certificates in Recovery Coaching, Mental Health First-Aid, and is certified trainer for Non-violent Crisis intervention. He is an active participant in the recovery community, member of the Litchfield County Opiate Task Force, and frequent participant in open forums regarding transitional housing on the local and state level.
